Can’t load into a match after purchasing the rift

I haven’t been able to load into any matches after I bought my rift pass not able to get into killer and survivor matches , I load all the way till the close end then the game says I disconnected this is really annoying I’m losing time to do the rift and I’m not able to participate in the double bloodpoint event that’s happening right now please fix soon or I’d like my money back for the rift pass

    Note that I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game verified the integrity of the game files and opened anticheat and had it fix itself
