"Sloppy Butcher: Added the Mangled Status Effect. 25% increased healing time after being hit in addition to the bleed. Mangled status effects do not stack."

But addons that cause it stack, which contradicts it, not sure if its been tested yet.

The add-ons stack with each others. If you use 2 mangled add-ons, they stack with each others. But they won't stack with Sloppy butcher effects.
I’ve been using Sloppy butcher with other add ons that hinder/blind/cause exhaustion (pig/huntress/clown) and it has been awesome. The mangled effect is a nerf to self care alone unless they have a medkit
The only thing that stacks in mangled effect addons is the time it last in seconds. Sloppy butcher last till healed so it don't have anything stackable.
Sloppy butcher will not stack with add-ons. If you use the perk and an add-on the higher % takes priority. If you use the perk and two add-ons, the perk % is ignored and the add-ons stack starting from 0%.

Sloppy Butcher still doesn't really do anything. The extra blood doesn't make tracking easier not unless you got Lery's or Gideon as a map. The extra healing time is nothing. I tried it on Leatherface, hooked someone, they get rescued, I'm very close to the hook and make my way over as they heal at the hook. After about 10 seconds the rescuer fully healed the other hooked guy. And no they did not have a medkit.
25% of the base 24 seconds for a self care heal isn't much, let alone the even lower amount from an "assisted" heal.

That extra healing time is not nothing, especially if you're dealing with Coulrophobia + Distressing. It's an alternative to A Nurse's Calling if you want to run Distressing, and it can be nasty, particularly if multiple survivors are injured and stuck in your terror radius.

"Oh, so I just have to equip two more perks just to increase the amount of time it takes these guys to heal up? Wow! Totally worth it!" Said no one.
They won't repair until they get healed. Which means increasing healing time = increasing repair time.

It's called a build. Some people are capable of stepping outside the meta.

I believe on the patch notes it said it didn't stack.
Yep, here:
"Sloppy Butcher: Added the Mangled Status Effect. 25% increased healing time after being hit in addition to the bleed. Mangled status effects do not stack."
Where's @DocOctober when you need him?
Don't those add-ons usually have other effects as well?
thank u all but, with the addons they stack... so if u use addon cap to 25%? it's worth using sloppy butcher for that debuff?
The add-ons stack with each others. If you use 2 mangled add-ons, they stack with each others. But they won't stack with Sloppy butcher effects.
so i wasted SB + addon
The NOT stacking is usually in regards to the timer of Status Effects
The only thing that stacks in mangled effect addons is the time it last in seconds. Sloppy butcher last till healed so it don't have anything stackable.
a very good question... someone tested this¿?

Thanatophobia at best is 15% so if its only the healing you're after Sloppy is better at 25%.
