Keys and moris need a change so they aren't as game changing and unfun to play against
As someone who has played this game for nearly a year, I understand that moris and keys can be pretty unfun to play against since the killer only needs one hook to kill the survivor and the survivor can find the hatch soon after it has spawned and win, sucking the fun out of a match from a near guaranteed win on either side.
Potential mori change ideas:
A mori can only be performed on a survivor 30 seconds after being unhooked and only having 90 seconds to be able to mori the survivor. (a timer could be displayed like the pigs reverse bear traps)
Decisive Strike could be used to prevent a mori one time each match (regardless if it has been used to stun the killer soon after being unhooked), having to do 3 difficult skill checks during the mori animation. (could be something as simple as looking like the survivor throws dirt in the killer's face or kicks them off to get away)
Moris should only be applied to survivors that have gotten off their 2nd hook, not their first, so they have a chance to get more points during the match.
Potential key change ideas:
Keys take time to open the hatch, and using a key while downed takes twice as long. (depending on what key is used and what add-ons it has dictates how long it takes to open the hatch)
An unlocking animation, like the survivor crouches down, puts the key into the lock, and turns it. (the killer can grab them during the animation as well as resetting any progress towards opening the hatch by grabbing or hitting them)
If the killer closes the hatch and a survivor uses a key to open it, the Entity should block it for 15 seconds and give the killer an auditory notification. If a survivor attempted to open it in the killers terror radius, it would be blocked by the Entity for 7 seconds instead.
The broken key (which has almost no uses other than to put add-ons that you don't want to waste on a rarer one) would take 20 seconds to unlock and open the hatch (as well as making the sound for opening it much louder), the dull key would take 15 seconds to unlock and open the hatch, and the skeleton key would take 10 seconds to unlock and open the hatch.
The dull key's durability should also be changed to 20 seconds instead of 5 seconds considering the broken key had a durability of 10 seconds and the skeleton key has durability of 30 seconds.
The broken key would only be capable of letting yourself out through the hatch since it would automatically close after you leave through it, the dull key would allow up to 2 survivors escape through the hatch before it closes automatically, and the skeleton key would allow 4 survivors to escape before automatically closing.
Add-ons would need to be changed to fit this new version of keys.
Prayer Rope - Removes 5 seconds from the key. Decreases the time it takes to open the hatch by 3 seconds. Does not stack.
Scratched Pearl - Increases the time it takes to open the hatch by 5 seconds. Increases the range of the key's aura reading abilities by 12 meters.
Prayer Beads - Removes 6 seconds from the key. Decreases the time it takes to open the hatch by 5 seconds. Does not stack.
Eroded Token - Reveals survivors auras when within 24 meters. Survivors within 24 meters will see the hatches aura for the unlocking duration.
Gold Token - Reveals survivors auras when within 48 meters. Survivors within 48 meters will see the hatches aura for the unlocking duration.
Weaved Ring - Removes 7 seconds from the key. Decreases the time it takes to open the hatch by 7 seconds. Makes you unable to drop the key. Does not stack.
Milky Glass - Increases the time it takes to open the hatch by 5 seconds. Reveals the aura of the hatch when within 16 meters.
Blood Amber - Reveals the killers aura when within 32 meters at a great expense of the keys energy. All survivors will see the aura of the killer and the hatch for the unlocking duration.
Unique Wedding Ring - Reveals the obsession's aura. Decreases your chances of being the obsession. The obsession will be able to see aura of the hatch when the last generator is completed for 10 seconds.

Don't go and say that Weaved Ring and Milky Glass don't need a change, it's pretty much just a way to bring a key into a match without any worry (besides Franklins Demise) considering you can run both and not lose the key, regardless of if you died or used it.
