Not at all, maps definitely need to be made smaller, ebonies/iridescent heads/insta saw billies could use with some toning down.
But these things hardly make the game unplayable, the game used to have LITERAL infinites and killers still played well, it used to have instant healing mid chase, it used to have instant BNPs, it used to have instant mories and players still did well.
Players are just too lazy to actually play decently and instead stick their perks on and have an easy time, as soon as their crutch is gone they instantly know they won't be having their hand held.
While I can see how this could be misinterpreted badly, @SenzuDuck does have a point. It's pretty clear if you know anything about the guy that he's just joking around.
We can criticise aspects of the game and its development that we don't like without looking for excuses to get offended by everything the developers say and do.

I've been using Pop Goes the Weasel since it came out since it rewards doing your job as a killer, and it can't be broken. Personally I think it's better than old ruin was.
But don't come at me, like the game is all peachy and perfect. The DEVs ARE in fact bias, the game IS not in a good state.
If ya couldn't work through Ruin, practice your skill checks. I faired just fine against it. I'm a 50/50 player ffs. Yet people talk to me like i'm some whiny killer main that can only play Billy.

I enjoy seeing people say stuff like that when the ruin nerf was done for survivors to make it more easy for them so pretty much survivors were to lazy to learn how to play against ruin so the devs had to nerf it?

I have seen things that people should never seen in 2014 on the Sims forum (it had a major troll problem). The Sims forum trolls were pretty much toxic to Maxis and then were the other type of trolls that were extremely disturbing... You'll need to ask yourself on the Sims forum if you're curious, but you do not want to know what they posted.
Rank 1s were not the ones complaining about it, infact I don't think anyone was really complaining about it, the devs wanted to change it because like they said, it's hard to balance the gens when 80% of matches people are running ruin with another slow down perk and making it impossible to see what the actual issue is.

I'm saying that at his period almost nobody abused those unbalanced part of the game until survivors inevitably learn how to use them at their advantage, that's when killers had to get better and adapt to their opponents.
What unbalanced things are survivors "abusing" exactly? Do you mean "looping"? Do you think BHVR intended survivors to drop every pallet they come to and go to the next one?
If I can't hear a survivor I can't track them or find them at all
If I can't hear a generator being worked on I can't pressure it
If I don't get matched against people around my skill level I can't get any better because I'm either being destroyed or getting 4ks against rank 20s
These issues make killer neigh unplayable, not even taking into concideration any timings or match lenghtst. Compared to survivor that is - most survivors can get away with just listening to tunes as audio isn't as important to them, and seeing as most audio bugs affect the killer they're in a stronger position. But the screwed matchmaking affects both sides
So you've never found a survivor who has iron will?
Generators have a visual look to them when they're progressed, too.
and as for the ranking, I've seen rank 16/17s go against red ranks etc, you can't pretend your issue is the game ONLY giving you red ranks 24/7 we all know that isn't the case, and as killers always say, kill rate is only high because all the survivors in red rank are potatoes, it's the same for ruin isn't it
"Totems are always broken within seconds" Vs "Ruin is strong and we need it"
"Red rank survivors are too hard to play against" Vs "Kill rates are only high because it's easy to rank up as a survivor".
I can't see a generator through walls, like the ones in the preschool boiler room or the basement Haddon field one or the one in the coal tower.
If you read my point properly you'd know I never said that I only get red ranks, my point was that Im constantly getting players far above OR far bellow my own skill determined by the game.
The rest of your point makes no bloomin sense as I didn't even bring up ruin, those comparison of arguments is confusing in the context of discussing why the game is unplayable in regards to AUDIO, although in the context of matchmaking it does make some sense but isn't relevant to the point
And no. No I haven't found any survivor's with iron will because in my matches I don't see the perk that frequently - this audio bug essentially builds iron will into the survivors base kit so why would they need to run it?
