Extra survivor objective idea

We all know how fast gens pop now so how about adding a way to slow down the game a bit by first going around and turning all the generators on around the map so the lights come on and only then you can start gen progress.
Thoughts?

Killer could just camp the gen closest to him, and surviviors wont be able to touch it...
Bad idea. Maybe if it was 4 gens instead of all. But even then, there is Corrupt Intervention.
