Is anyone else having problems revealing ghostface on a y axis

As tittle says it difficult to reveal the ghostface on a multi layer map from above or below and while on the hook. The only way to reveal him in these instances are through a weird angle or am I the only one.

    No. But the trick to this is you have to see at least 20% of him in perspective to what you see. Revealing GhostFace from the side is significantly harder than front or back but it can be done.


    Basically if he's 36 meters or less he needs to directly in the middle

    . But farther than 36 meter divide your monitor into 5 areas with a box in the middle and that box is your safe zone for reveals.

    Yes I get the 20% thing. Sorry if that wasn't clear. I'm not sure if it's a bug or not but basically as soon as my spinechill chill procs I can usually basically instantly reveal him. Since Rank 3 spinechill has a range of 36 meters I just figure his movement rate put him right in range to get revealed.

    As you said with certain ad ons he has to take more than 2 steps to get revealed but for the most part 2 steps into spinechill = reveal. With the dividing the screen up thing I'm saying out of those 5 boxes the middle box is the most consistently for revealing him on y axis when on another floor. When I'm just look on x axis if I get him into any of the boxes in the center (like a 4 player split screen) I can reveal him easy.

    With the Y axis I have revealed him but it required either looking straight up or down. Like if I crouch above a hole on Gideon and he's below it won't reveal him unless I make a conscious effort to look at the ground and force him into the middle of my screen even if I'm not looking directly at him.
