Player Level Error

So after MANY MANY months I been dealing with This issue. I have finally decided to make a forum and ask for help. I have lost countless items, Blood points , and hours being set back in this game due this error. My internet is fine and it just sends me to the main menu. I'm wanting to know what's going on. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled, and also verfied the files, reset my internet on my laptop and the actual router. It still gives me this problem.. is there any way I can get back my missing hours or at least have this problem fixed... it really destroys my enjoyment of my favorite game.

From what I understand, player level errors need to go through support so they can check your save file and such.
