This is my log
Log is pointing at a GPU error.
What GPU do you have? What are your temps like?
My GPU is a Radeon RX 580 Series and my CPU is AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Quad-Core
The temperature is generally at 65-70 Cº
Oh god, another 580.
For some reason, that I don't understand, AMD is having a lot of trouble with the RX 580 and MANY games. I only know about that because I see tech youtubers complaining about it all the time.
What you can try doing is using the overclocking in the radeon driver to lower the speed of your GPU and see if that fixes it.
I'm having the exact same issue as you - have you been able to fix at all? @HyperLight
I have the same exact issue which I made a discussion about yesterday, I also own the same GPU as you. I really hope there's a fix for this.
I'm not a dev, so no, I haven't fixed anything. ;)
It is a known AMD driver issue. I know there was an update a few days ago to prep for the Windows May update AND help with black screen issues.
Hey,
i had the same problem (AMD RX480) and i found a way to fix it on my PC.
I simply removed the whole folder "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and replaced it with the same but from a friend (see attachments).
Now its working again. I hope it works for you too.
Cheers
Noah
I have this issue now.. any working solutions? Rx 580 .... -.- ..
You can use MSI afterburner to apply these settings.
Power limit +10%
Core clock -200MHz
Memory clock -200MHz
Fan speed +20%
Other users have reported it helps.
Ive been having this issue for a while too, before it was jsut during Kill your friends or Survive whit friends but now its in every match, My GPU is RX580 too.
The MSI afterburner does not work
Does it work if you use the radeon software? I remember user had to do that instead of using MSI afterburner.
I just did it and it worked, thank you <3
Ill update the coment if the problem comes back
