With the changes in the PTB, when can we expect a Freddy nerf?

By performing all of the changes outlined in the PTB, you've made an already insanely strong killer...well, stronger. He's gonna go from OP to God TIer. You need pallets and jungle gyms lined up to just throw pallets in his face and buy as much time as possible before he downs you and zooms across the map in mere seconds thanks to BBQ and then pops the gen everyone was working on. It's not even just Freddy really. Making maps smaller means that certain killers need to be adjusted too.

All I want is for him to take skill. I'm fine with the fact that he can cross the map in 2 seconds, but his snares need to be replaced or made that they take a minute to activate.
Right? He should be stopped in place like Hag and Trapper when he drops snares. I actually think fake pallets should be default and snares should be an add on.
