Huntress status add ons not working

the exhaustion add ons, glowing concoction are definitely not working. Survivors can still use exhaustion perks after hits and there is no aura reading from the glowing concoction either. I’m not sure if the other add ons are affected but these ones definitely are.
this occurs every game
