instead of being able to shock your static field is out 24/7. and the madness that generates from it increases by 20%. also because this would be a doctor addon and everybody loves to complain about those gotta hit him with that 8% terror radius reduction.

    So a Doctor with no shocks? So no being able to mind game Survivors? No thanks.
