Why do I keep getting sent to the Middle East as killer?

I'm guessing this probably has to do with the fact that the Middle East isn't a hotbed for players and they need killers too. But Im in NA East. My ping is always near 300 and the game is so bugged out at 300 ping.

Sounds like you're being sent to SA. ME would most likely be sent to Europe.
I know they're in the ME because I play on console and snooping their profile they all speak arabic. One guy even had Kuwait in his name. My ping in Europe is about 160 at the worst.
