Question: what does each graphical setting actually do?

Is it possible to get some kind of list of all the graphical effects used in each setting? For example, it is easy to notice how low setting lacks ambient occlusion, low model details and being generally bright but it is hard to tell on medium, high and ultra what's the difference between all of them. I haven't been able to find like a list of them.

Also is there any information on whether any new effects will be used on the upcoming graphical rework? I know the existing assets and effects will be used more efficiently but is there going to be any new effects introduced like motion blur or depth of field if used controllably, perhaps ultra would just make it looks extra cinematic with these to justify the existence of this setting anyway.

    I suppose medium and up just gradually increase the quality of every effect slightly, such as antialias factor and such. That's perhaps why it's so unnoticeable?
