The "move the cage" mechanic is a good idea, but removing the aura reading is overkill. Either keep the aura reading on, or give an unhook bubble/2sec killer instinct on the rescuer
The unhook bubble would be a good compensation.
I almost only played PH as killer since last patch and I can say I wouldn't care less of this "nerf". Didn't need before where the cages are, I still don't need it.
I see it as a fair balance and a good way to show campers and tunnelers they can patrol gens while someone is hooked/caged.
I agree. That moving cage alone is enough to deal with tunnelling problem.
i think the uncager should have some kind of debuff after uncaging someone.
Removing the aura is necessary otherwise killer would just keep moving to the cage to respawn the survivor
Each time it moves it goes to the other end of the map. If you STILL cant uncage them, thats on you. plus gens will FLY in that time

The aura nerf was kinda nonsense if I'm being honest, no point of removing it. Imagine if you couldn't see hook auras just because they're too far away.
B-tier killer gets hit with an awareness nerf to a situational ability. Meanwhile, Survivors meta perk arsenal remains untouched. What a surprise.
Umm no just patrol gens stop tunneling simple as that
no because pyramid head shouldnt be able to tunnel a survivor from a cage.
when playing him, alls you had to do was hook, tunnel them and then cage them, and then tunnel them again. the survivor had no counterplay if they stepped in torment
and before you say “just dont step in torment” its pretty impossible when he puts it down where you’re looping him.
Run to another loop. If you want your second chance perks, dont be greedy with loops. Getting downed from it is irrelevant as you can just DS/BT your way to safety afterwards. And besides, the cage spawns on the OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE MAP. If you STILL can't beat PH to the cage, it's your own fault for being so terrible. You can even take advantage of it to give the cage a good spawn. Run into the dead zone where all the gens are done, the cage will spawn in the "active zone" where you can get pulled out before PH can turn around. If you get downed in the "active area", then PH has zero reason to leave to begin with.
