Borrowed time won’t show up in bills bloodweb

So I have leveled up bill now up to level 50 and have put 6 more levels above that and borrowed time will not show up in his blood web as a teachabl...anyone have any ideas?

I actually wonder what happens if you prestige without buying teachables.

I don't think anything happens. Teachables should keep showing up in every bloodweb until you buy them
