when hooking a survivor all survivors around x meters of the hook scream out and are oblivious for x seconds.
what do you guys think is it trash,annoying, DISCUSS.

Basically infectious fright for hooks
Depends on the numbers, it could be good, it could be bad.
But it doesn't have a cooldown so I think it's decent.
