So, where do we see Bubba now in the 'tier list'?

Since everyone has their own tiers and are subjective depending who you ask, I was wondering now that Bubba has been out for a bit how much stronger do you think he is?

I say a high mid tier killer TBH, a massive upgrade from his old self that didn't completely gut his original design (oh and THANK YOU BHVR fr making his addons not horrible after the PTB!)
