Minor Change for Prestige and Ranks

Just a minor suggestion to make Prestige a little bit more appealing and less of a stab in the heart knowing you'll lose everything you've sank time into unlocking through the bloodweb all for the sake of some bloodied clothes.

Prestige I - Bloodied Shirt; Reset to level 1, but all character-specific perks are automatically unlocked at Tier 2.

Prestige II - Bloodied Pants; Reset to level 1, but all character-specific perks are automatically unlocked at Tier 3; all Bloodpoint gains while playing that character +25%.

Prestige III - Bloodied Head; Reset to level 1, all character-specific perks automatically unlocked at Tier 3; All Bloodpoint gains while playing that character +50%.

This way, prestige gives you more of an incentive to hit P3 with characters you like playing (meaning, Claudettes for the majority of Survivors in my experience) and playing those characters/investing bloodpoints to maintain items/add-ons/offerings on those characters - or taking another character through prestige levels - by increasing your bloodpoint generation.

OR (Because it may be too strong of an effect to incorporate both bonuses together)

For Ranks, this is a simple change as well and gives playing at and maintaining your ranks a little more purposeful:

Brown - No change.

Yellow Tier - +25% Bloodpoint generation.

Green Tier: +50%

Purple Tier: +75%

Red Tier: +100%

This changes ranks to be a little more worthwhile to care about; and incentivizes playing at the higher ranks instead of de-ranking because of playstyles/queue times.

If the above effects would be too powerful to stack together (150% for Red Ranked P3 Character); which honestly isn't too powerful in the slightest as Bloodpoint gains are pathetically slow and grindy at their normal rates - then simply disabled the Prestige and Rank BP benefits during Double/Triple BP events.
