There's a big cooldown when switching back to Charlotte and you can't switch to Victor fast enough to keep the survivor from simply kicking the munchkin. The killer is definitely low tier and is going to get bullied hard by good survivors. Clown is better than this killer in it's current state. I'm not saying they can't be low tier as not every killer needs to be great, but having it so a survivor can simply say "no" jump in a locker and then punt the kid is a pretty bad downside. The only viable way to play this killer is to go for the m1 and then use Victor as a follow up. Which means you're not splitting any pressure and the only way to viably split pressure with him to have already injured everyone. It's a killer that is designed for the 1v1 and is terrible at it. There's absolutely no reason to pull Victor off your back and if you don't you're turning Charlotte into an m1 killer with no power. If you actually think this is a well designed killer who is going to see any real play at high ranks I'd ask you to use 1 braincell lmao.
They split a killer into two and made it worse. Charlotte is a basic m1 killer and Victor is her chase ability that can be looped absurdly easily. I think it could be a decent killer if they hadn't over tuned the cooldowns and charge times. If they fixed those the locker issue isn't even a big one.
Yeah, I think he hasn't watched anything or touched the killer yet and thinks it's this god tier mastermind killer with the best mind games popping back and forth.
What if Victor could 'latch' onto a locker with a survivor in it, pinning them inside? They would need to break out, just like the same interaction of Victor on their backs. Breaking out would destroy him, but would give risk to locker plays.
whatever you say my man, still didn't make any point to why lockers are FaiR for this killer, i guess for you even ds-lockers are okay, but whatever.. cya have a good day/night
That's not how that works given the survivor and instantly leave and be able to punt the twin in less then the time it takes to swap back.
Remember if you switch they can kick the twin and effectively reset the chase by going into a locker forcing a switch then one shotting the twin in less then one second.
@Kolonite there's no cooldown, just that each time you switch there's a fatigue, the only cooldown takes 5 seconds and is the restore of Victor when killed, still survivors can't tell when are you switching when looking at victor, the easy conter is just stare at the locker or move the camera a bit to make them think you changed, ever played spirit? and yes I played the ptb to check it.
I never waste my time on useless stuff like arging in endgame chat, or looking for hours at the store, I launch game, press ready, game, I die/scape/kill, move to the next match
When you switch to Charlotte, Victor glows and starts crying. Charlotte also has very clear visual cues when she's being controlled and when she's not.
There's literally cooldown between switching characters. Also, it's not comparable to spirit at all. They come out of the locker and you then have to charge up your attack. They'd simply get back into the locker. Camping the locker as Victor is not a strat or counter at all. It's you just wasting more time.
that's a good point i gotta give it to ya. but it's still too unreliable, since they can wait there in the locker, if they hear the tr, they just go out
so there you go, even if you instantly switch character back and forth, it's 4 seconds of delay - double the time of a Head On stun (or maybe just 1 second more, I don't remember if Head On is 2 or 3 seconds).
Plenty of time to go to another loop and... do the same thing again. Am I missing something?
my game then either is bugged because the only time he glows for me is when I play as him and miss a shred or expectate him as charlotte, as survivor they didnt even try that on me
head on takes 3 seconds, but how many survivors with it did you find today? I just got matched once along one with the new locker scratchmarks perk, vigil, head on and quick & quiet, no one else with a similar build
His point was you're eating a stun longer than Head On just for switching from Victor to Charlotte. That long of a stun is plenty of time to leave to another loop to then loop a basic m1 killer.
as I said, I can't play the PTB, I just watched others playing, that's why I was asking you for confirmation on what I saw.
How many survivors I saw doing this is not really the point - the killer is available to play since just a few hours, and this exploit has already been found, I'm sure in a couple of days you'll see it more and more (but yes, I saw it happen basically every game after the first hour of PTB).
Then again, maybe somebody will come up with the perfect counter to this counter (...), who knows. What I'm trying to say is: you can't dismiss the locker exploit as if it didn't exist - either you find a proper solution to at least have it become a 50/50, or we need to accept that this might be a huge problem.
I already answered your previous responses, what do you mean? in the comment I quoted you, you only assumed I didnt play the ptb, nothing else, I countered that argument, what else do I have to say?
"You can't instant change character... Have you played the PTB?"
That's a question not a statement homie. You also didn't give any actual responses? You can't instant change back to Victor and there's a 5 second stun after changing back to Charlotte... So, you can only instant change to her -technically-. So, you can't instantly switch and you can tell when they aren't controlling Victor which means faking changing to Charlotte isn't a strategy. So, I'm confused on what point you actually made that was true.

Respect for having 100% achievements! Nicely done.

the only reason I showed my stats was to counter your point of telling me I dont verse good survivors, the ego is yours

the process takes like 2 seconds but there's no cooldown except if victor gets kicked which restores n like 5 seconds

I'm just asking, is this even possible? I have 3.5 k hours and I'm only Devotion 14.

That's what I heard, that survivors also see the glow. I was going to play survivor, but Steam seems to be down right now.

it's steam tueday, I got kicked too during a match

you got me fam
EDIT pic didnt load:
What a good response to literally every other point you've ignored.

I'll be sending any feedback I consider on anything I don't like while playing the ptb, but for now, I'm happy with it
"You can't instant change character... Have you played the PTB?"

that's for sure - I'm not saying that you need to do something.
However, it seemed to me that you were dismissing every report on this locker exploit as if it wasn't even real, and that's another story entirely :).
I answered that thing already quoting someone else in a comment you already quoted me:
I already answered, you know my arguments, I dont need to repeat myself, but most importantly, I didn't "literally ignored the rest of points"
I'm sorry. You're right you didn't ignore them. Your arguments were simply based on false information.
