Any tips for Legion at red ranks?

My main problem is I struggle to down people as Legion is essentially powerless after he injuries someone. Currently I run Discordance, Ruin, Undying, and Tinkerer.So no perks to help with chase. Problem is though chase perks would make gen guarding a lot harder. Anyway any tips would be well appreciated! 😁

This guy, who has only lost 1 game in the last 300+ matches, plays a fair amount of legion. I think he does it in the second game of that stream. He does Ruin, Undying, Thanta, and Dying Light. I'd probably watch that closely, cause this dude almost never loses.
Play Blight instead.
