Suggestion post removed, because of editing?

Hello there, I recently created a new discussion in the suggestion category and wanted to edit some misspellings and grammar errors. It appears my post has been deleted? I’m not 100% sure what the processes are here as I realise it is a big forum and your looking to prevent spam. I can assure you my post was both polite and nothing more than what that topic is aimed at, suggestions. I would like to know where I go from here and if I can know exactly why it’s on the pending list for nothing more than fixing spelling errors? Thank you.

The spam filter sometimes gets a little twitchy with edits, but threads/comments are reviewed and restored by the mods.
From what i know, you can ask the mods to verify you so that your posts don't get caught in the spam filter.
Yes as @Orion correctly said, editing a post can trigger the spam filter which we have on the forum. Your account can be verified manually to prevent this happening once you've reached a certain amount of posts but until then I'm afraid editing will probably put the post in teh spam filter. However, we do check this regularly throughout the day/night and posts are not in there for very long.
