Power Struggle's Counter

...Hex: Blood Favor.
It is safe to assume everyone will run PS and Flip Flop to try their best to get downed at a pallet. Let's say the killer has this hex perk and blocked the pallet on down. Now the dying survivor has no pressure to make the killer hesitate to pick them up out of fear of other lingering survivors, and at the same time, not be able to recover.
Then there's the killer hoping his/her totem isn't cleansed in the first 10 seconds of a trial.

I'm just questioning why Blood Favor is a HEX PERK with a COOLDOWN
Given the length of the cooldown, why is it even a hex to begin with?
You fool, you absolute buffoon, what about when I exit the parameters while being carried and smack that sweet pallet down because blood favour couldn't reach it? Unless there's a hook very, very close to us, in which case I am the fool, the absolute buffoon and, in this case, a dunce lol
It's actually Infectious Fright.
If it doesn't show you anybody when downing a survivor then you can pick them up just fine.
Power struggle wont be in the meta but just like head on killer will need to play around that even if the survivor dont equip the perk
That can only be activated with a BASIC ATTACK and on top of that has RANGE REQUIREMENT.
Still doesn't justify a HEX PERK having a COOLDOWN
It's like putting a token cooldown on Devour Hope! 2 people hooked in the basement, and you only get one token because the token gain cooldown last 60s
The thing is I agreed with you, it's a [BAD WORD] hex with a cooldown that requires range, basic attacks and upright pallets to work, what a greatly designed perk!
