Forum section for art requests

Can there be a forum section were people can ask others from the community for art requests?
Of course mainly art from official sources, be it just some characters in specific settings/pairings etc. But also requests for new cosmetics/characters based on description.
E.g. I have a character idea with perks, power, appearance etc but don’t have artistic talent. At all. But I assume there are many people that have fun creating art for others!
