PS4 Trapper Can't Place Traps at the Beginning of Match

Played as trapper in a public match working on the pallet challenge. I noticed I could place traps for a little while and it gave me a weird animation.
- I'm not sure if this applies to every match. Only played one.
- Used Brutal and Franklins
- Shelter Woods

I had this problem with the Hag and placing traps like 3 months ago. And not just placing traps, opening lockers, vaulting, etc. It was a problem that was fixed, but it looks like it came back again.
