Basement Hook Challenges Bugged

Title. It seems all tome challenges involve basement hooks are bugged and it seems the issue has been around for months now according to reddit posts.

Please fix this. It's been so long and it's beyond annoying.

I've noticed a similar problem with the Steam achievement for 25 basement hooks. Sorta new to the game though, how long has this been a thing?
