Questioning whether Monitor and Abuse would benefit or hinder Starstruck.
Monitor and Abuse increases your Terror Radius while you're in a chase and decreases it outside of a chase. So are you "still in a chase" when you down a Survivor and go to pick them up?

No, the chase ends when you down them. Use Agitation if you want to increase your Terror Radius when picking someone up.

Chase with the downed survivor ended as soon as you downed them, but this could work if another survivor runs in front of you/close enough in sight to start another chase while heading to the hook.
