Punch Drunk Achievement On Steam

I have yet to even get any kind of advancement on this achievement and was wondering if I am missing something. I know I have applied the Oblivious status effect to survivors several times with the Cenobite as well as others killers since they achievement was added however I have seen no advancement on it. It still sits at 0/30.

It is bugged, it was on the patch notes.
On latest patch note, there was a mention you can't progress on Punch Drunk achievement.
