Failed to Create Party

When I tried to click the survivor button from the main menu I get the message Failed To Create Party. I was able to select Killer. I exit Dead By Daylight and try to restart it and get a unable to Sync To Steam message. I submit a ticket for it and decide to try a totally different game on Steam and get the same message for that game.
Anyone else on steam having this issue?

Steam is having platform issues, apparently this is normal maintenance time but something else is wrong.

My friend is streaming and he’s also having troubles. Apparently steam is down.
Yea I just looked it up on down detector and it is almost 60,000 reports of it being down. :(
