Playing as Freddy on PC is causing performance issues.

When playing as freddy on pc i get way more lag than usual. Stutters occur when mutliple survivors fall asleep. Slowdown occurs when picking up a sleeping survivor. Slowdown occurs when a survivor triggers a dream snare or breaks a dream pallet.
I have tried playing on low graphics compared to ultra but these hitches, stutters and slowdown occurs regardless.
