Most Nurse bugs were fixed, but some are even WORSE

M1 bug, where you can't swing out of your power immediately, is MUCCHHH worse, and is the most important issue with her at this time. Doing short blinks to get through objects is much harder and is not successful most of the time. I used to be able to do a short blank looking at the floor to go to the next one and I don't think that's possible anymore. I'm not sure if this was intended as I think there was a mechanic to get you to the other side of an object if the blink was "close enough" but now it seems like you have to fully teleport through it. I suppose the question is, "is this intended or not?"

Overall she feels weirder to play and it's hard to articulate why, but the m1 bug is a big issue right now and it has cost me many hits. It lasts longer it happens more often, so the person you intended to hit almost always gets away, whereas I could compensate for it before.

Have any other Nurse players noticed anything else? Let me know.

    The second blink is off even when using it normally. Max range feels fine but small adjustments don't blink where they should.

    Nurse with a little cooldown between the first and second blink (Chain Blink Window). It changes the muscle memory a lot!! Also, the second blink distance seems to be decreased by 2 meters after the mid-chapter 5.5.0 update. please BHVR fix it. Don't change mechanics and muscle memory.

    Honestly most of them were fixed and overall it was a pretty successful recode. There's a lot of game breaking bugs that used to be common (like that one time the game took away all of my blinks on RPD and never game them back </3) that aren't anywhere to be seen, but the lunge bug remains stronger than ever + now there's a pause between landing your first blink and being able to charge your second.

    It's definitely an improvement, and since Mandy was on the case yesterday I have faith the team are aware and can hopefully begin working on fixes soon.

    Best thing you can do is make a formal bug report in the bug report section so the devs can see it. Make note of the specifics (what/where/when) so they can reproduce the bug.

    I feel I'm one of the few that didn't notice any changes. She felt the same to me

    That is not actually a bug. It's just such a crappy, but unfortunately intentional, "balance" mechanic that it seems like a bug to everyone until the record gets set straight. But it's been vetted in the code and discussed for a while. It's definitely on purpose.

    Basically, the farther you travel in your blink, the longer there is a delay after you arrive until you can swing. The max I believe is about half a second. So, you just have to get used to waiting after you arrive from your blink to swing.

    Since your momentum gets reset after you arrive on a blink, (yes, killers have to consider acceleration, unlike survivors of course), you should already be moving forward for about a quarter second at least anyhow, otherwise your lunge range will be shorter.


    As far as moving through things correctly... I wouldn't hold my breath. Same for Blight's collision ever working right.

    i don't play nurse but i do want to bring up that blight's "shoelace bug" where he immediately goes into cooldown when you rush is no longer exclusive to alchemist's ring, i've noticed it with new adrenaline vial now too. i think it affects any add-ons that change your rush token regeneration and/or amount (alch ring, adrenaline vial, blight serum, shredded notes).
