So, Nurse's been disabled since a while ago already. She's still disabled (for me at the very least).

Yet, somehow, I just went against a Nurse while playing as a survivor...

How is this possible, if she's "killswitched"? What the hell?

    One of two things.

    A. They're a hacker.

    B. They've had the game open since before she was kill switched.

    It's most likely A

    Either their game has been open since the killswitch- which is possible but unlikely as Steam maintenance wouldn't have affected them- or they're a cheater
