Top 3 most annoying killer load outs

The three I think are the three most annoying (not most effective, annoying) are, in order;
1. Plague with Plaything, Pentimento, Dying Light and Thanatophobia
2. Legion with a similar load out
3. Doctor with Huntress Lullaby, Distressing, Unnerving Presence, Overcharge and two Calm Add Ons.
If you're booning Honourable Mention would go to any killer with Haunted Grounds, Thrill of the Hunt, Retribution and Undying especially Doctor with two Calm add-ons or any that decrease the Static Blast cooldown.
How about yours? I'm not asking for most effective but what builds are the most tedious to face.

Blight Ruin Undying Tinkerer Corrupt Alc Ring Blighted Crow.
Nurse with Starstruck and Agitation.
Any Killer with: Scourge Hook: PR and Dead Man Switch/Make Your Choice with that new Scourge Hook and Agitation with Starstruck. Any Killer (especially Nurse) with these obnoxious perk builds, are really annoying to play against!

It is annoying, partly because it’s sooooo common. Blight has honestly gotten very stale.
Blight with Ruin, Undying, Tinkerer, and Corrupt with Alc Ring, C33, and way too much DPI
I mean yeah, it's usually the main build for him. Or compound-21. Though compound 33 is pretty dang strong too. Not as much as Alc ring. Which is why I only play blight here and there. Artist is my boo.
I don’t dislike any builds.
That's very close to my favorite Plague build :) Just replace Dying Light with Pain Resonance.

Freddy with Tinkerer only because it’s just so tedious.

If I was going to go for 'annoying', it would probably be a Nurse with Agitation, Starstruck, Lethal, Infectious.
Another absolutely horrible build that I ran into yesterday was a 'permaslug' Myers with Deerstalker, Knockout, Sloppy, Nurse's.

...So not synonymous with the strongest builds. Annoying first and foremost.
