New influx of cheaters?

Has anyone noticed an uptick in this? I have some games where I suspect cheating but yesterday I had two obvious ones. The first was a survivor that could crawl faster than my killer could run. The second was someone whom I couldn't grab from a locker. They would come out, hop back in when chased, and I couldn't grab them at all. I stood right by the locker in EGC so the EGC could get them but, no matter what, I would just open the locker, see them and then shut the locker.

I don't have any video evidence as I don't record my games but I do have screenshots.

So, my questions are:

(a) Does it seem like more cheaters are returning?; and

(b) Is there a way to just start video recording your match in the middle so, if this happens again, I can record it?

    Are you on PC or console?

    If you're on PC you can use Nvidia replay or OBS with a replay buffer to record a certain amount of a match e.g the past 3 minutes.

    I haven’t seen a cheater since the wave last week.
