Not really, no. Not to the extent that I've seen you can on MnK.
Just another handicap controller has to deal with.
E: and yes before anyone says it I know it's most likely unintentional but an advantage is an advantage nonetheless.

If you have one of those fancy Xbox controllers you can customise the sensitivity on that Jackie was telling me about, yes. Otherwise it's unlikely you can flick very far, though it is locked to Framerate so that'll help your case a bit
Those Elite controllers are mega expensive but I've heard they are super high quality.
Yeah those ones.
Didn't remember the name, just knew they existed and let controller players do the old J-Flicks and all. Shame they're not exactly accessible.
