Legion should get bonus time per Frenzy hit

When I hit one guy I can't even make it to other people most of the time even though they are marked and don't try to run away immediately. I think a good solution would be, for each successive hit, the Frenzy timer should be increased by a bit until it ends. That way you have a decent reason to go after people who aren't right next to the first guy, and you gain something more for each chained hit.

I don't know exactly how long it is, but let's say for a hypothetical example it's 5 seconds at full bar and you get 3 more seconds added per hit in a chain. So one hit resets it to 8 seconds, the next 11, and so on until that Frenzy ends, then it goes back to 5. It doesn't have to be those numbers, I'm just using it as an example.

Right now it doesn't feel like there's much reason to risk going after someone else when I could end up not getting another hit and end up with no one to chase at all. I think this change would fix that, in addition to allowing for some strategizing on which survivors to go after first, since the first ones you will want to be close but with the time extension the others can be a bit farther away, so you have to try to judge where they are positioned to get the best chain. You can do that anyways, but with this change it adds a bit more variation, which is good.

    I proposed an idea to my guy who enjoys the Legion, he should cut himself to extend it further but with a longer recovery time as a punishment.
