Legion is striking people with the wrong side (blunt) of the weapon when he is using Frenzy.

I never played csgo, so I have no clue what you are talking about.

Usually only the inward curved side is sharp in a karambit, because it is a sickleblade.
There are versions with both sides sharpened, but honestly the ingame version doesn't look like it.

Just because it's a sickle looking blade it doesn't mean most of them are one-edged, it's preference, they are all equally common, most of the one edged are the folding ones and both edges are sharp in the game

I don't want to get into that to deep, but... your wrong.
Just check some sources how the karambit became a fighting knife and what it was before.
It is not your regular Rambo knife.
Even most martial artists use it only singleedged to have the option to hook and control with the blunt side.

But anyway, the karambit in this game does not look sharp on that side.
