So you have to throw up on survivors and wait for them to take a bath in order for you to be lethal that sounds like it takes way to long and the fountains seems like a downgraded pig killer

I guess we'll have to wait and see.
They really should've went into more detail. We don't know what happens if a survivor doesnt cleanse themselves other than that they spread the sickness around and it hinders the game in some way.
Also no clue on what the power up from the used fountain does other than injures a survivors. We don't know if this has a cooldown timer or if it also infects them and they need to be cleansed by a fountain again...
It was a very vauge gloss over of her power.
Then they a new addon to med kits hand sanitizer
