Hi, .. I would really love if this could please get this issue fixed. Since the new release of the DLC I have been unable to open DBD at all. I have uninstalled steam, reinstalled it, and reinstalled DBD and it wont fix the crash issue. I have sent multiple reports each time it is open. Along with this I have verified my files and it still won't work. @Patricia_BHVR#4048

It's happening to me too. The game crashed (Access violation - code c0000005) when I tried to test it during the PTB, and now it has been released it keeps failing to initiate the game with the same error. :-(
Its frustrating we buy this game yet it wont work for us? I really hope the figure thisnout.

I have the same issue. As soon as the easy anti cheat loading window disappears and the game goes in fullscreen, it crashes right away and the crash log pops up. Every time. Uninstalled and reinstalled, verified the files, tried to launch it from the .exe file in the game folder and nothing changed. I tried everything I could, opened a support ticket and they said they're reviewing the information I provided, but still no response.
