We Need a New Status Effect - Paranoia

Paranoia:

1) An injured survivor affected by paranoia may self-heal at 65% normal heal speed to remove paranoia and return to healthy, uninjured state (I CAN ONLY TRUST MYSELF!)

2) An injured survivor affected by paranoia cannot use medkits on themselves. (SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE POISONED IT!)

3) Teammates may not heal an injured survivor affected by paranoia (I DON'T TRUST YOU!)

4) An injured survivor affected by paranoia's healing progress isn't saved when interrupted before its completion. (WHAT'S THAT NOISE?!)

    I dont think this is at all good. Self healing 65% the normal rate compared to the original 50% from self care? Seems like a goof thing for survivors

    Would have been cool on Legion at release instead of using it as an excuse to rework borrowed time.

    Makes sense lorewise judging by the trailer as well where he fool david to stab him.

    Or in otherwords: The survivor now has a better self care.
