Wouldn't that be the Clown?
Slippery floor: survivors in your line of sight have 20% chance to slip while pressing crouch button. If it happens, survivor falls down and breaks his f***ing neck for being toxic piece of ****. Doesn`t work while you`re using/holding your power button.
