That code is usually a networking error in Windows, make sure that your Anti Virus is not blocking the connection, also look at the Master Fixes thread ( https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/153/master-fixes-and-general-guidelines#latest ) and follow the steps for Matchmaking Issues & Connection to Server Issues, to see if this resolves your problem.

Steam also has a list of programs that may interfere with the network connection listed here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9828-SFLZ-9289

If you could upload your full DBD log, I'll take a look at it to see if anything is showing there...you can find your logs here:

    1. Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run".

    2. Type this in the "Run" prompt: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs

    3. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file.
