I think so, this happened to other people and i was reading they lost exclusive cosmetics etc. When your account gets wiped EVERYTHING goes, BP,Perks,Shrine Perks, Account Level and Shards. You only get your BP back from them.
Man this sucks, we need to know what's happening if that's all they are offering then they have no fix. I don't know what to think of this... Only "we've done a pretty good job so far"

I'm losing my patience now. Just submitted a ticket with everything they need, Player ID, Time Played, BPs Earned. YET THEY STILL SEND ME A BOTTED RESPONSE ASKING FOR THE THINGS I ALREADY GAVE THEM.

This is shameful, botted reposes when i already gave them everything they need. 3 year old game yet a 3 year old BUG still resides in the game. Looks like all of us are missing out on 2x BP. Great game. Great Service.

Just send them again I had to send the screenshots twice and the agent is having me login now to see if I can get into the game
@Gelunix How long did it take for your ticket to get resolved? and how much BP were you compensated? More than before or less? Did you get your shrine perks back and shards back or no?

if they don’t refund me my shards and cells (REAL MONEY I SPENT) then I’ll see if there’s any way they can refund us since that’s stealing our money..
The entire ticket process took no longer than a half hour. They credited me with the exact number of bloodpoints listed in the achievements and 2k shards on top of the shards I already had. I still have my cosmetics/auric cells/devotion level but my rank is reset to 20 and I'm assuming I'll have to get the perks again since characters are all level 1.
I will check shrine perks as I level my characters again
so I told them I have 4 survivors leveled 3 prestiged with ALL perks, and they said they’d compensate me for the bloodpoints for the exact amount. Also all in game purchases were saved including cosmetics, etc. I guess the only downfall is loosing my winter party streamers, and firecrackers and other old items :/

15 levels into Claudette and I haven't seen any teachables so I don't think shrine perks were reinstated

I just sent them everything now. My ticket responses has been almost immediate. If they haven’t gotten back to you I say make a new one.
How can I take screenshots of the archievements if thats on on the xbox menu and it only captures in-game screens??

Right, Contacted them and they told me to check my account and said they fixed it and asked me to check it , checked it and i had no bloodpoints, messaged them back and now im waiting for a response.
Yes from what I am hearing, any purchases that you made for cosmetics etc, will still be there.
If you're concerned about teachable perks that were purchased from the Shrine, please check the perks on that specific character and see if they are unlocked (with RNG the way it is, you might not see them for quite sometime in the bloodweb).

@MrTang0Down if you are still having issues please recontact support, because from my understanding once the account is wiped you should be able to log in with no error (and that seems to be the case from others on this thread).

Sorry that you had to go through this @MrTang0Down the whole support team is working on this right now to try to get your accounts back ready before double BP starts, so that you wouldn't miss out on it. I know they're dealing with a lot of tickets right now. They deserve the thanks not me, and I will pass it along to them <3
