I got mine fixed. You lose all teachable perks you bought in the shrine though!

Yea again just as a PSA if you're having this issue still please just put in a ticket, it takes as quick as 30 minutes for all your BPs to be back. You keep your shards,Devotion and paid cosmetics. You only lose Shrine Teachable perks. They even give you 2k extra Iridescent shards ontop of the old amount of shards you had. So just create a ticket and you'll be up and playing within the day more than likely

You're gonna want to go to the DBD support website and open a ticket under "Loss of Progress" then fill in the necessary info. Hope that helps :)

Have you talked with support in your case? If not message them in the case and they will sort it very quickly
I have messaged them and have heard nothing. Not happy at all right now.
Work hours might be over for them? It should get sorted tomorrow, alot of people here today including myself submitted a ticket and got a resolution and compensation within 1-2 hours of the ticket being submitted. They're trying to sort everyone before 2x BP. My advice is open a new ticket right now @tunahoagie

I did, and the person handling original ticket, their shift had ended. It was sorted out. Instead of a P1 lvl 50 Jake, I got a lvl 50 Jake and lvl 50 Wraith. Still have 400k+ left. My first ticket (Sunday June 9th) went unanswered. So I sent a new ticket in today. Got an answer saying I would be reset (was at work at the time). Got home, I could play, but had no compensation. So I ended up making a new ticket, and it got sorted out after the inital message.
I submitted a ticket 7 days ago and now they assume I'm on PC 🤦♂️ when I've told them it's xbox .
What should I do? Resend another ticket..? You all seem to be getting responses quite quickly.
Start a new ticket and put in your GamerTag and Player ID on error screen with a screenshot of you stats in achievements to show time played and Bloody Millionaire it should be within the hour
Got mine sorted last night just missing shrine perks i,'d got with irredesant shards and events items suck as winter party streamers which I had a lot of
Did that under 'loss of progress'. Then they closed it stating it was resolved. Still have my original ticket open.

Still having the same issue just tried to log onto my account and the error code 302 is still there, raised a ticket then first day the issue happened which was the 5th and still nothing has been fixed, raised another ticket earlier this morning, does anyone know what I need to do to regain access to my account I don’t want to lose over 1700 hours of progress :/.
Hey guys just has a bit of good news/bad news kinda response. If you are on xbox or PS4 send them or reopen a ticket but send a photo of your error code and a photo of your progress in the game with Bloody Millionaire showing. You should be able to play again but they have to reset your cloud data. Unfortunately your progress will be wiped and it means grinding again. Why on earth they cant allow you to save to your console on this game is beyond me. Anyways just waiting on a response that that's them done it and we will see how it goes. Dunno why I never recieved this response the 1st time.
All you need to do is send them pics like these. They will reset you, BUT refund ALL bloodpoints you have earned, as well as 2k shards.

If anyone's still having trouble with tickets I'd suggest resending it but under the "Technical Issue" category as there is a field to put in the error code you're experiencing. Each time I've sent a ticket through this category I've received fast responses.
