New Killer: The Impaler
Me and my friends had the idea of Vlad being a DBD killer. Here is what we got.
This is still WIP so there will be more to it. But I would like your opinion on this.

Name: Vlad Drăculea
Terror Radius: 32m
Memento Mori (1st person): He summons a wooden pole in his hands, while the Survivor tries to crawl away (like Jake in the opening game trailer). Vlad then impales the Survivor through his gut and sticks the pole into the ground.
Power: Armata Strigoi
You have the power of the Night. Every time you hit a survivor you get a Token up to a maximum of 3 Tokens. Use your Activate Ability button to transform into a swarm of bats and teleport to a location of your choice to consume one Token (like Nurse). The range depends on the channeling time. The Teleportation has a Cooldown of 30s.
The more victims die on the hooks or by your hands, the more powerful you'll get. Every Survivor who is killed or sacrificed will join your Army of Strigoi. The Survivor will spawn as Illusion (I call them Strigoi from now on) on a random spot for 20s. After this he will be invisible for 5s before respawning at another random location. Locations are: Totem Spawns, Generators, Exit Gates, Chests and other objectives. The Strigoi will act like a normal survivor, are seen by you as Aura and give an audio visual cue to you when a living Survivor is in a 8m radius to the Strigoi.
[Edit: The Strigoi would (when spawned at a gen) sit down and "repair" the generator. A Totem would be "cleansed" etc. Strigoi would also have collision so they are not distinguishable from a living survivor. Which means: If the Strigoi "cleanses" a totem you can't do this until it's despawned.]
Passive: You know how to keep your victims captured. When hooking a Survivor you nail them with a wooden pole onto the hook, making an escape impossible.
Survivors are not able to unhook themselves unless they use Deliverance.

THE ART OF WAR (Lvl 30)
When you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of your trials.
When you hook a Survivor the first time, you learn of 2/3/4 random perks this survivor has equipped.
[Maybe not so strong, but it could give you good information about some nasty perks. Or even to find ot if there is a DS or not, when you have an obsession perk. ]
UNPREDICTABLE (Lvl 35)
Your connection to the Entity makes you unpredictable to confuse your victims.
Your Terrorradius varies during 60 seconds between 70/60/50 and 130/140/150% of your standard Terrorradius.
Affects the Lullaby.
[Here it could be a bit difficult to determine whether you TR is bigger or smaller. So I thought of a timer similar to perks like MYC, Bloodwarden etc. When the icon is black, your TR is bigger, when it's white, it is smaller. ]
FLIGHT IS FUTILE (Lvl 40)
You will get your victims at all costs.
When performing a lunge attack, you lunge 20/25/30% further and your cool down of a successful hit is decreased by 5/10/15%. The cool down of a missed attack is increased by 20/25/30%.
[I would like to have a perk which extends your lunge (RIP Dead Hard). An alternative would be to make it quicker. The numbers could vary of cause. Just an example.]
