New killer perk: Hunter's Instinct

At the start of the trial, the auras of the 2 survivors located farthest away from you are revealed to you for 3/3,5/4 seconds.

This perk only works once at the beginning of the trial. I still think it would be an interesting mechanic because it's important for any killer to find the first survivor fast to get the proverbial foot in the door, and this perk would be a good help getting this accomplished.

this should give also a notify to the survivers. otherwise there is no counter play

I like it, but I don’t think I would ever use it. Going the whole rest of the game with a dead perk after 4 seconds of aura.... of course, with survivors spawning in groups so often, this could help you find the whole cast of characters.

As for counterplay, there could be meta counterplay. Currently people break dull totems “just in case” there is NOED. For this perk, people should play “just in case” as well. Hold still a few seconds after starting so the killer doesn’t see which direction you travel, and never work the genny you spawn near.

@FGDandude Keep in mind that other aura reading perks like BBQ don't notify the survivors, either.

Survivors either ignore the possibility of the perk or they assume the killer is running the perk and act accordingly (for example faking going into one direction and then going into the other one).
