Advanced graphics settings

As a PC player with an old 700€ potato laptop, i sometimes have problems running this game. I usually have to play on low quality settings with resolution near 0. I fell in love with this game around mid-2017 and got it in later the same year in christmas. I've spent almost 700 hours playing this game with terrible looking quality. I wish there were more advanced graphics settings that could run in the lower-end devices without making the game look like a huge lump of pixels. If that's even possible.

I want this, but for the opposite reason. I want a higher fps cap.
