Platform: PC

Issue: In the last game I was unable to selfheal (selfcare, didn't have a medkit the entire game so couldn't check), use Dead Hard und wiggle. Other interactions like repair and vault could be performed without problem.

Reproduction: As far as I know there were no special steps. No insta down, no sloppy butcher.

So far only occoured once.
