Dont. I really dont need to count all the thousands of bugs. if you release this ######### with only one of those bugs Im done until I see on other players that all Server-Bugs got fixed.
I mean I will buy this new Survivor Girl for her perks and quit until vaults are fixed because I cant stand this anymore. But all those PTB bugs? Hell no. I scrolled through the bug reports and even there arent all bugs counted so yea, no.
In your interest you shouldnt release the servers.

No. There are still fundamental problems in how things are communicated between server and client, not to mention anything nearly sophisticated in the latency-compensation department.
