So basically i have error code 100 and it says to contact DBD support but i did twice and (cont)

got no answer for a month. Can they help me please.

    You've made three tickets and all three of them are in queue. I've merged them into one so there's no confusion.

    I've asked the person looking at this if they can put this back near the top of his queue.

    Whilst I know this is frustrating, please don't create any more tickets on this as you'll end up encountering more delays.
