Blood web prices need to be lowered, the game is an absolute grind, especially for newer (relative) players.
I don't really see what the disadvantages to this would be, people who want to go for certain perks will do that anyway.
I think the grind adds to the overall play time as you have a goal of unlocking every perk.
As for the learning curve; I think the grind actually helps more since you have to better your skills before having access to perks that make up for mistakes.
Naturally grind adds to the overall playtime (?) but there is no real reward. You can't mess around with loads of builds like you can in KYF until you've put close to thousands of hours in.
Players quitting the game before being sacrificed is a big problem... There should be a penalty involved or at least it should count as a sacrifice for the Killer.
I think grind is the reason player retention is so poor. The game peaked with 75k players in April and is now back down to just over 20k.
What's the problem with lowering prices in bloodwebs? Oh that's simple. Do you want ebony mori + 2 very rare addons vs 4 keys/instaheals etc, each game? That's what would happen.
There is bloodweb rework incoming, you will get more perks per each web on higher levels to reduce grind a little, just be patient, it should be live at 17th. Prepare 900k+ Bloodpoints for that day so you can unlock lots of perks :)
To be honest, that makes sense for survivors. Iridescent and ultra rare addons/items for killers should stay the same, but anything under common should be way cheaper. Perks can stay the same price too. Especially with the balancing for Nurse's addons coming up.
The prices of BP offerings is dumb. With a brown offering for example, you pay 3k for it. At most, if you max out that BP category, you'll get 4k back.
